What is Scientology?

Scientology is an evil and dangerous cult that tries to present itself to people as a normal, everyday religion.
The belief system of Scientology and their 'religion' is based around a "Space Opera" that happened millions of years ago. During this time an evil galactic overlord named Xenu collected all the billions of people from 76 planets and brought them to earth. Xenu then stacked them around volcanoes and blew them up with H bombs. He then implanted their souls with false memories. According to Scientologists, there are a few thousand clusters of these confused souls now in all of our bodies. The Church of Scientology has cleverly figured out a way to get rid of these alien cooties. You can pay them a lot of money. |
The problem with Xenu and Scientology is that you do not learn about this until the level OT3. Up until then the 'Church' tells you that you are just auditing to clear bad past life experiences and such things. After OT3 when Scientologists realize the truth of why they are actually auditing, which is to get rid of 2,000 alien souls that are infesting their body, it is only natural for them to get extrememly angry. It doesn't matter though because by this time Scientology has already gotten all their money and disconnected them from their family or friends. The Scientologist is left with no other option than to stay a Scientologist. This is what happened to Tom Cruise.
Disconnection happens between Scientologists and people who do not devote their lives to Scientology. They are considered to be bad or SP's, and Scientology members are told that they should stay far away from them. Because of this, Scientologists become isolated from their friends and their families. This is a brainwashing, isolating cult.
Scientology claims to have 8 to 15 million members. Actual current membership is estimated at 40,000 to 80,000 worldwide. According to Scientology, you must give them all of your money, get rid of all your friends and family who are not also in Scientology and you must work to recruit other humans to become Scientology members.
Scientologist use Auditing Sessions to get to higher levels in the cult. Auditing sessions produce a drug like feeling from the equipment, like the E-Meter, that is used. Auditing sessions cost as much as little as $474.32 an hour to as high as $542.00 an hour depending on how many hours you have purchased.

Tom Cruise is an OT level 7. This level gives you the ability to fly and move stuff with your mind. The highest level in Scientology, OT level 8, informs you that L. Ron Hubbard is the antichrist. The most interesting part of OT8 is that it gives you the ability to kill people with your mind. There is an OT level 15, but Scientologists believe it will not happen until sometime in the distant future. Scientology is just like Dungeons and Dragons or any other role playing game, except it is a religion/business.
The U.S. government currently considers Scientology a religion and not a business so they do not have to pay taxes. Though, the state of Texas is currently in the process of passing a law to revoke Scientology's tax exempt status. They are doing this by classifying Scientology as a business and not a religion. |
In order to keep money coming in, Scientology has created businesses that are used as fronts for the Church of Scientology to gain new members and to also avoid paying taxes. One of these scam front group companies is called Narconon.
After making these comments about wanting to start a religion to make money - The drug using, hyptonist and possible pedophile, L Ron Hubbard went on to create the 'Church' of Scientology.

The Bridge is a new film written and directed by Brett Hanover, starring first-time actress Carole Smith and local playwright Bill Baker. While produced on a shoestring budget, The Bridge is (amazingly) the first feature film about the controversial Church of Scientology. Written with the help of several ex-members, and incorporating actual Scientology materials, the film depicts life inside the organization - and the reason Dianne Wheat (Smith) wants out.

South Park vs. Scientology
Following the departure of Isaac Hayes, Comedy Central pulled an episode of South Park that lampooned Tom Cruise and Scientology. What do you think?

Stephen Grossman,
Epidemiologist
"Leave the Scientologists alone, already. Don't they have enough to worry about, what with the tyranny of the galactic God Xenu and his evil body thetans?" |
|
Brianna Hodges,
Industrial Engineer
"Comedy Central has already insulted Scientology with its glib representations of battling robots." |
|
Jeremy Marshka,
Mathematician
"I'm with Isaac Hayes. Shows about testicles, talking feces, and starving Africans are one thing, but discussing Scientology is offensive." |

TOM CRUISE SAYS:
"Some people, well, if they don't like Scientology, well, then, fuck you." He rises from the table. "Really." He points an angry finger at the imaginary enemy.
"Fuck you." His face reddens. "Period."
